Green Bay Packers safety Adrian Amos said Matthew Stafford was “always good” but he was unfortunate that he played for the Detroit Lions.
Stafford, 33, has never been to the playoffs but that will likely change this season as the Los Angeles Rams own a 7-3 record.
Amos faced Stafford 11 times while the quarterback was with the Lions.
Amos is now set to face Stafford for the first time since the quarterback’s trade to the Rams.
“Matt Stafford was always good,” Amos said ahead of the Rams game. “He just played for the Lions.”
