Giants’ Saquon Barkley likely to miss start of season

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley could be out until Week 3 of the regular season, per Ian Rapoport.

Barkley, who was named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2018, suffered a torn ACL last season.

Losing Barkley was a huge blow for the Giants but his rehab from the surgery has been going well so far.

It seems likely that Barkley won’t be available for the Giants when they meet the Denver Broncos in the first round.
