Joey Bosa rips ‘blind’ officiating crew following Monday Night Football game

Los Angeles Chargers defensive end Joey Bosa ripped the officiating crew following Monday Night Football game, calling them “blind.”

With less than four minutes to go, Bosa was furious that the referees missed a holding penalty against a Las Vegas Raiders lineman trying to block him on the play.

Bosa was then hit with the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty but it didn’t affect the outcome of the game as the Raiders failed to score any points on the drive and the Chargers ultimately claimed a 28-14 win.

“I didn’t even know they called the f—ing penalty on me because I was fuming,” Bosa said while answering a question about the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty he received after he complained about the missed call. “But, I mean, refs are blind, simple. I’m sorry, but you’re blind, like open your eyes and do your job. It’s so bad it’s unbelievable.”
