Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has challenged Browns’ pass rushers to step up as he has acknowledged that he can’t be the only one making plays.
Garrett, who is one of the premiere pass rushers in the NFL, draws double or even triple coverage to himself but the rest of Browns’ pass rushers haven’t been able to take the advantage of it and make plays.
Garrett has only sack this season and the Browns as a team have three.
“For me, it’s tough watching my teammates not being able to make a play because when I see the offense keying on me with chips and stuff like that. I’m like well, they’re taking a player out of play to stop me, so we have a one-on-one,’’ Garrett said. “And to see that they’re not making the play, it’s kind of frustrating. because I want to see them go out there and make big plays, and we’ve got to get there.”
