T.J. Watt: This isn’t going around and playing pee wee

Pittsburgh Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt has been ruled out for a Week 3 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Watt injured his groin during the first half of a Week 2 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders and didn’t return to the field in the second half.

As much as Watt wanted to play this Sunday, he decided to be smart.

“This isn’t going around and playing pee wee football,” Watt said. “This is playing against guys doing this for a living, so trying to be smart. At the same time, knowing your body more than anything. I felt like I did a good amount this week to leave the door open for Sunday.”
